  21. Gunakan to taste salt.
  22. Sediakan Bananas.
  23. Gunakan 4-5 bananas cut in half, then half horizontal.
  24. Sediakan 1 egg.
  25. Sediakan 1 cup self-rising flour.
  26. Gunakan 2 ripe TBSP sugar.
  27. Siapkan 40 ml milk.
  28. Siapkan Farofa.
  29. Ambil 1 TBSP vegetable oil.
  30. Ambil 1 handful bacon lardon.
  31. Sediakan 1 small onion chopped.
  32. Siapkan 2 cloves garlic minced.
  33. Siapkan 1 TBSP butter.
  34. Ambil 250 g manioc flour (found in Brazilian shops).
  35. Siapkan to taste salt.
  36. Sediakan Handful parsley chopped.

  1. In a pressure cooker pan, fry ONE the onions and THREE garlic. Add the bacon and stir till lightly cooked. Add meat and let it cook for about 2 minutes, then add the rinsed black beans..

Now, in a medium pan at medium heat, add the oil and fry the garlic slightly, before it gets brown, add the finely chopped greens, add the salt and mix all well together.
