- Gunakan Plate of fresh vegetables (radish, spring onion, mint leaves, tomato, cucumber, olives...).
- Sediakan Flat bread.
Nokdu-juk is one of the simpler ones you. This recipe for Filipino-style monggo beans (aka mung bean soup) is so easy! Made into a creamy soup with coconut milk, ginger, garlic, and malunggay. Monggos are the same thing as mung beans.

- For each glass of mung beans I added x6 glasses of lukewarm water. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to medium, cover, and simmer for ~35 minutes..

- Add a generous drizzle of olive oil on top and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve with a plate of fresh vegetables, dip your bread and enjoy!.
